If you would like to request information to be deleted or reviewed that you've submitted through a contact form, please contact us directly.

SCHOLARSHIP FORMS
When you fill out the “Scholarship Application” or “Reapply Application” forms, all information contained in the form, including but not limited to your name, address, phone, date of birth, social security number, driver’s license number, family, employment, education, finances, sponsorship, and references, as well as any uploaded documents, are collected when you submit the form to apply for a scholarship. This data is collected so that we can assess your application for need and verify the information submitted in order to potentially award scholarship funds. If you would like to request information to be deleted or reviewed that you’ve submitted through a scholarship application form, please contact us directly at womenwithpromise@yahoo.com.
